On the new prologue for TERA, you’re are taken straight into the action by playing as one of the soldiers in the events of the first expedition. This is the boss monster that you will encounter at the end of the prologue, the Kumas Demon.

There is actually a second demon that is summoned after killing this boss, but you will never get to finish him because the game will black out a few seconds after fighting, and the story will transition to the prologue cinematics. That, in turn, will move directly into the 2nd exploration intro.
